Indogel 1100 Series Bulk Delivery Emulsion Explosives
The Indogel 1100 series bulk delivery emulsion explosives system involve the manufacturing of highly stable and insensitive matrix in centralized plant and the use of “Bulk Delivery Emulsion Explosive Trucks” which transports and processes the matrix into the sensitive explosive product during its delivery and placement in the bore hole. The processing involves incorporation of additional ingredients for controlling explosive properties. The manufacturing, delivery and placement of the product is extremely safe as the sensitive explosive product is actually formed in-situ after the placement of homogenized ingredients including matrix in the bore hole. The product system has been designed for high reliability and performance. The 1100 series bulk emulsion matrix is an unsensitised emulsion and has D.O.T classification as 5.1, oxidizer, UN 3139. Water Resistance Bulk INDOGELS have excellent water resistance, even with the extended bore hole sleep time.
Energy Efficiency When the bore hole is loaded with INDOGEL RP product, maximum energy transfer to the rock is accompanied through excellent coupling.
Safety Ingredients including emulsion matrix carried on the truck are non-explosive. Explosive is formed only when all ingredients are mixed and pumped in the bore hole.
